In 2010, the three of us set out to create a firm that reflects our core values: a client-first mentality rooted in our passion for the science and process of market research. Each of us had worked in small firms that were absorbed into multi-national corporations, and each of us saw the impact on priorities that come with such a change. Instead of serving our clients, we were increasingly asked to serve profit-margin goals. Today, we are a team of 30+ professionals, and we have completed hundreds of projects around the world for scores of clients. We remain proudly committed to our founding mission, and we look forward to helping you along your insights journey.

We believe in giving back to the community by donating our time and market research expertise to charitable organization who otherwise wouldn’t have access to sophisticated marketing and market research support. And we’ve provided pro bono market research to such companies as the Franklin Park Zoo and Toledo Symphony Orchestra.
Supporting Important Causes
We provide financial support to causes in the community near to our hearts, including hospitals and non-profit research organizations searching for cures that will keep us all healthy. We also try to offset our carbon footprint, to help keep the planet healthy.
Supporting Our Employees
We encourage our employees to be good citizens as well. We organize volunteer and outreach activities to help those in need in the communities where we live and work. And we match employee’s contributions to non-profit organization, doubling the good they can achieve through charitable giving.
